The re-imagined anthology won't make the move to Paramount+.
February 24, 2021
It looks like The Twilight Zone will not be coming back for a third season. The sad news comes as Paramount+ today announced which series from CBS All Access would be continuing on the new streaming platform.
A modern re-imagining of the original 1959 series created by Rod Serling, the anthology series was a solid performer during its two-season run. Its first episode in 2019 garnered the highest number of Day 1 viewers for an original series on CBS All Access, plus reviews were mostly positive, with fans and critics appreciating its ability to stay true to the essence of the original.

CBS has owned Twilight Zone post Rod Serling. No classic has had more goodwill going for it than Twilight Zone. CBS did not properly respect Twilight Zone and destroyed what it had through the revivals which came up short and all of the previous three (?) were short-lived. I saw some bad episodes and some “ok” ones in the few I watched. The revivals should have been done right with due respect and aired on cbs. Now the latest, although no one cares now, is to air on the Paramount All CBS Abscess squirting service.

Comparing the political nature of the series then and now is a probably a no contest comparison too. The politics in the old Twilight Zone wasn’t grating and did not detract. If the more recent Twilight Zones are like perhaps most of today’s series, then the left agenda is there like a sore thumb to at least half the public. If there wasn’t so much agenda all the time, we’d think little to nothing of it when it’s there. Complaining about the constant injection of the woke agenda is justified like it never was before.

I may even kinda think you’re racist [you Trump supporters] ...There were all these possibilities. The vibe shifted… Even as soon as [Trump] was voted out, all of a sudden it felt like I could fuck with them again now that he’s gone.

I do not believe you are the Vendetta that posted earlier and what do you think your “ white people that love to chime in on things and call people racist” sounds like? And then you actually said something intelligent: “want .. to just be good like me .good stories. No matter what color they are”. Morgan Freeman: said that having a Black History Month was "ridiculous" and that the best way to end racism today is to "stop talking about it."
By the way, I came across nothing racial when I looked up soyboy which refers to getting too much estrogen (I believe) from eating too much soy - girly boy. You, Vendetta impostor are less likely to be black than I am given your misrepresentations. Blacks and whites are the same in intelligence and integrity and Morgan knows it. The percentage of idiots is the same in each and they should be treated the same. To not, is to show disrespect.

Steve I would never use a racial term .soyboys and white knights are the worst .they are white people that love to chime in on things and call people racist. That aren't. Most people want things like the twilight zone to just be good like me .good stories. No matter what color they are

From DEADLINE: “Jordan Peele's Monkeypaw Productions has hired Keisha Senter as Director of Social Impact for the company. Senter will identify and lead the strategies and campaigns that will allow Monkeypaw to drive meaningful societal change. "We're thrilled to have Keisha join the Monkeypaw team," said Win Rosenfeld…”
And you thought you were just watching Twilight Zone when in fact you were in it! Thank you for educating me CBS All Abscess!

I had to look up “soyboy” to be sure it does not have a racial connotation (which would be worse than bad if it did) but it does not.
