No Season 2 for the streaming thriller.

It is being reported by Deadline that Netflix has cancelled Hit & Run after just one season. The sad news arrives just over a month after the thriller wrapped its freshman run. The move is a bit of a surprise, as the first season ended on a significant cliffhanger.
The series follows a happily married man whose life is turned upside down when his wife is killed in a mysterious hit and run accident in Tel Aviv. Confused and filled with grief, he searches for the truth behind his wife's death. But his investigation leads him into a dangerous web of secrets and disturbing truths about his beloved wife.

This was a really good show. There was lots of action and suspense. Netflix said the show was too expensive to film, both in the US and Israel.
If it were a 'woke' show, money would be no object.

this was a isreali tv/ netflix deal so it could be many reasons it fell through. many shows get cancelled on small financing issues etc. some for distribution issues.

meh.. VERY mediocre lead actor in a series that's WAYYYY too subtitled. Pick a language already. I would have passed on a second season anyway.

Didn't watch it but from what I read about it i don't think it had enough of a storyline to make it a multiple season show.
