The comedy ends after two seasons.
May 12, 2022
Word is out that CBS has cancelled B Positive after two seasons. The comedy, which wrapped its sophomore run in March, had been seen as on the bubble for renewal. Fellow Chuck Lorre-produced sitcom 'United States of Al' was also cancelled yesterday. Both shows were fairly well-received by critics but failed to draw strong viewership numbers.
The half-hour series stars Thomas Middleditch as Drew, a therapist and recently-divorced dad in need of a kidney. He finds a possible donor in Annaleigh Ashford's Gina, an unsophisticated woman from his past. Together, they form an unlikely friendship and start a journey that will greatly impact both of their lives.

I figured this show was going since they left it completely open from the finale. Cant invest in any show nowadays.

Sammi, agreed. They also canned United States of Al... strange for his shows.
