No Season 3 for the Edward Burns dramedy.
September 28, 2022
It is being reported by Variety that Bridge and Tunnel has been cancelled by Epix after two seasons. The news comes less than two months after the dramedy wrapped its six-episode sophomore run.
Written and directed by Edward Burns, the series is set in 1980s New York and follows a group of recent college graduates from Long Island who leave home to pursue their dreams in Manhattan. But the move isn't as easy as they thought, and they have a hard time leaving behind the familiarity of their working-class home town.

This show suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked... it only ever made it to air due to Ed Burns. If it were from some unknown writer it would have NEVER been green-lit in the first place. It was stupid.. shallow characters with absolutely NO POINT to any of the episode and not overall story at all.

Might have something to do w/ Amazon acquiring MGM and rebranding the Epix TV streaming service and related channels to MGM+ beginning in 2023. As for B&T not too broken up about it, we can take it or leave it. We thought season 2 was better than the first.

I did not love season 1, but season 2 was much better. Too bad. I enjoy 1/2 hour shows that are not sitcoms.
