The procedural drama will return for a second season.
March 23, 2023
Fox announced today that Alert: Missing Persons Unit has been renewed for Season 2. The news comes less than a month after the procedural drama wrapped its 10-episode freshman run. The show was a decent performer for the network over the winter despite garnering a mixed reception from viewers and critics.
The series follows members of the Philadelphia Police Department's Missing Persons Unit, who investigate life-or-death cases of people who disappear. In Season 1, officer Nikki Batista and her ex-husband also worked to get to the bottom of their long-lost son's disappearance.

I like the show and glad it got renewed but I hate how Nikki character calls everybody baby. Also the Kemi character is nuts.

This show is the biggest POS. Lazy writers and no research. I cannot believe it was renewed

This show is mildly entertaining except for Roles character. She servers absolutely no purpose on the show except to annoy. Still looking forward to a new season.

I can’t believe this got renewed. I like Scott Caan and watched Hawai’i 50 but this show was over the top. The only reason I kept watching after the first episode was to find out what happened with the kidnapped son and that was implausible. I deleted it immediately after the finale

Can't believe this woke waste got renewed. James wouldn't stand for it. I wrote about show on starter thread.

I enjoyed the first season mostly because I wanted to see what happened with their son. We'll see where they go next with a season-long mystery.
