It is being reported that Big Sky has been cancelled by ABC after three seasons. The news comes four months after the drama wrapped its now-final 13-episode run, which was the shortest of its three seasons.
The hour-long series premiered in 2020 with an initial 10-episode order that was quickly bumped up to 16 after a strong start in the ratings. It continued to be a reliable performer during its 18-episode sophomore outing, but its viewership experienced more of a decline in Season 3.
From David E. Kelley, Big Sky follows a private detective and an ex-cop who initially join forces to search for two sisters who were kidnapped on a remote highway in Montana. Two duo have since moved on to focus on other cases that come up in their small town.

Sad to see them go, what with me being a fan of all 3 leads, especially Katheryn WInnick and Kylie Bunbury.
To be honest, though, Seaosn 3 was a mess. Too many sub plots, not one clear villain, etc etc, and a lot of people stand on their marks and talking.
Again, sad to see them go and I hope to see more of Kylie in the future, she is an underrated actress.

Thanks ABC for nothing. Axe a good show but keep all the stupid Bachelor/ Bachelorette shows. Ridiculous. Nothing for me to watch on ABC anymore so bye bye ABC.

I never got past the first episode which was entirely predictable. And I really wanted it to succeed because of Katheryn Winnick.
