BET announced today that Tyler Perry's The Oval is coming back for Season 5 on Tuesday, October 17. The drama aired its 22-episode fourth season earlier this year.

The Oval follows Hunter Franklin, who has been elected President of the United States thanks to help from certain influential people. As he and his seemingly-perfect family move into their new residence at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, it is not long before they shake things up, affecting the lives of the staff who focus on the inner workings of the nation's most iconic residence.
