No Season 3 for the animated comedy.

It is being reported that Housebroken has been cancelled by Fox after two seasons. The news comes nine months after the animated comedy wrapped its sophomore run. The move is not overly surprising, as the Sunday night show struggled to find a sizeable audience over its two seasons on the air.
The half-hour series follows a standard poodle who hosts a group of neighborhood pets and stray animals in her living room so that they can support each other through the misery, mayhem, and majesty that comes with being a pet.

Sorry. Got to jump back in. Just saw the preview trailer for "the basic guys."
It is garbage. Fox should shut down animation sunday if they think "basic guys" is entertaining.
I apologize to all here for my recommending it after only reading the premise.

I'm shocked this got more than 1 season. Genuinely the most UNFUNNY Fox show since Allen Gregory.

Yeah Dan.
I watched one and a half of the first two episodes.Self help group for animals. Had potential except for some oddball characters, and it was run of the mill 2019-2024 smoothed animation.
Generic things even the awesome Lisa Kudrow couldn't carry.
Even worse Dan, Jasmine,
Krapopolis just got the 1980's nbc styled 9:30 slot.
The one that carries from the Simpsons (who also just joked "when does this end.")
to 8:30, 9: b burgers or whatever, to 9:30 "you almost liked tthis. you wanted it. but now stay up bleary eyed past one hour of animation to see this cause the fox wants you for the 10 p.m. show.
Seriously fox: do a simpsons krapop block and let the rest stand on it's own. I was sckeptical of "the basic guys" but i read up on it and it has a decent premise.
So fox... why don't you: simpsons, krapop, basic guys, then allow viewers food, water, and pee breaks, to come back to whatever wonderous television at 10 p.m.
food for thought.
3 cartoons, pee break, maybe a sci-fi show?

I liked that Fox gave it 2 seasons I liked the show, as a Corgi Owner I loved that a corgi character was on and in the show. sucks no season 3, Im glad I got to watch 2 seasons.

Could this be a sign that some of Fox's other animated shows are on their way out?
