The crime drama's story will not continue.

It is being reported that BMF has been cancelled by Starz after four seasons. The news comes less than three months after the crime drama wrapped its now-final run. While the show's concluding episode did tie up some loose ends, it was not crafted as a series finale.
Based on a true story, the hour-long series follows two brothers, Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory and Terry "Southwest T" Flenory, who rose from the streets of Detroit in the late 1980s and created one of America's most influential criminal enterprises known as the Black Mafia Family. The charismatic leadership of Big Meech and the business acumen of Southwest T allowed them to form a partnership with a vision beyond the drug trade and into the world of hip-hop.

This is why I always say that the networks should give a heads up to the producers and writers. P.S. Does anyone understand Brenda Anderson's posts? Woke? Anti-woke? WTF?

Bfm was not a woke show. It depicted a crime family wokism would have them as being controlled by whitey. Wokism is lousy tv. Blacks are always victims and are not responsible for their acts because it isooo racist . Wokism creates girl boss characters who are boring and often not that attractive mocking traditional beauty and females. Wokism champions racist stereotypes of people especially whites , Jews , and blacks. wokism refuse to hold people accountable and preaches social justice which is no justice. For instance the woke d.a of l s did not prosecute a black offender for executing a man in a robbery. Staying that social justice means that he is a victim

That’s too bad. This was a great show! I really liked how the show contrasted the crime storyline with the family drama. Characters were flawed but complicated, I liked it! I also thought the end of season 4 was setting up the fifth season in an interesting way

Starz has been putting out a lot of content we can't relate to. Have the one year subscription but not renewing.
