A crime drama following a US Marshal attached to the Federal Witness Protection Program.
Mary Shannon is a US Marshal who takes pride in her work as a protector. Based out of the Federal Witness Protection office in Albuquerque, she helps witnesses get a fresh start, leaving everything from their past lives behind.
Some are innocent victims of crime, while others are the criminals themselves. Regardless of their situation, Mary - along with her partner Marshall - must help them transition into their new identities.

I seen that they are bring back In Plain Sight for a final season. I too love this show and wish that it would stay on for a long time. It's a shame that all the good shows get the boot. I'm really tired of all the reality shows.

Theres no way! This show shouldnt be cancelled. Its awesome and isnt too over dramatic. Theres going to be angry people if this gose threw as -cancelled-

We love In Plain Sight... I can't believe there is even talk about canceling it.. We watch more shows on USA then CBS,ABC or NBC... Please do not cancel this show... Mary & Marshall are the best... We are sick of reality shows.....

I can't believe IN PLAIN SIGHT has been cancelled. I'm a big USA fan as well. I agree w/Jay about PSYCH although I still watch mainly for the Psychouts but those aren't quite the same either. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the new and now final season of IN PLAIN SIGHT. I too, wanted to see Mary and Marshall together but now I hope they don't do it b/c it will be rushed and we won't really get to see them as a couple.

This is the problem with cable networks...they can't tell when they have a good thing and when they're showing us crap. Yes, every show has an expiration date but In Plain Sight, definitely not up. I happen to be a fan of most of USAs programming but as much as I love Psych, it's admittedly not as well scripted these past couple of seasons...Sean is basically guessing now when he use to observe. Mary and Marshall have awesome...plus I kinda still want to see them wind up together...
They're perfect for each other and until the show gives us that it's unfair to take it away.
And this new cop show, with the couple counseling...reminds me of a certain 80s franchise of movies starring Mel Gibson and Danny Glover.
Also one more season means nada...it was probably taped before the show was notified of cancellation which means we probably won't see much resolution to any of the questions hanging over the past few seasons...does the baby survive? What does she do with it? AND WHEN DO MARSHALL AND MARY FINALLY REALIZE THEY ARE PERFECT FOR EACH OTHER????
come on USA...I have literally met CHIMPS who can do a better job then your programming department. Maybe keep a show or two and only show 4 hours of NCIS reruns? Just a suggestion. MORONS!

AM SO DISAPPOINTED - this is a great show - there isn't much left to watch on tv - all the shows worth watching are being cancelled to make room for "reality" crap!

This show does air in "Spring of 2012" of an episode order of total 8 Episodes and it's noted as the "Final Season" this means we're probably going to get an ending on what Mary decides.
I don't want it to cancel and USA is usually good with airing their shows and giving them a good run and In Plain Sight has had a good run and with all the shows they currently have they probably need to make room to either "New" and "Current" shows.

in plain sight cancelled.............ur just r so stupid...do u not know a great show when u have one....guess not...time for dvd's...tv just takes all my shows away so why watch anything...hope u all tank every stinking channel...and yes im bitter.....plus no more cable bill yay me
