Mark Lilly is a social worker at the "Department of Integration" in an alternate universe New York City.
Mark's job is to help new citizens - both human and "other" - adapt to the hectic life of the big city. Whether it's weaning vampires off blood or socializing land-whales, Mark is always up to the task.

im not sure. usually it season starts when south park has new episode but nothing is announced yet
