A science fiction series following people with superhuman abilities.
Alphas look like regular people but are known for having superhuman abilities. Dr. Lee Rosen, noted neurologist and psychologist, has recruited five of these Alphas to him prevent crimes committed by other suspected Alphas.

Please people, alpha's a good serie? You can clearly see that it's on budget. The stories are slow not to mentioning the special effects, and I don't go even to the actors that are in this serie. It's really dreadfull.

I liked the first season, but it was slow! I am watching the first episode of season 2 and it is awesome!!!

I too am disappointed with SG:U, but they took too many seasons to get off the ground. And the characters were a drag, really. It's probably good that it's gone. Meanwhile, Eureka has a place in the line up, but nothing lasts forever. 5 seasons is a good run.
So lighten up on Alphas. It's meant to be a lightweight but it does its thing well enough.

Eureka at least will have an ending..I hope. SG:Universe not so much.
Chuck still watching on DVR 2 or 3 show left...darn.
(only good thing about that is rumpelstiltskin "once upon a time"
Reaper my wifes favorate show except Fringe just disappeared; they did not even ask us.
Tera Nova family favorate gone.
Human Target family favorate gone.
Was worried about Covert Affairs but think it may be back.
What has been said by many.. the best shows get cancelled and those silly ghost stories are still on.
I hope our new favorites Persons of Interest, Once upon a Time, Unforgetable, Lost Girl and others stay around for a while.

We are not happy about Eureka ending but better than letting it go on and on into "same old thing" boredom but we are so glad to see that SiFi decided to keep Haven and Alphas!
