A drama following the flight crew of Pan American World Airways during 1963.

Welcome to the Jet Age, where passenger airplanes fly people across the world at 30,000 feet. Air travel embodies luxury, and Pan Am is the Number One name in the business thanks to its fancy plans, studly pilots, and gorgeous stewardesses.

But it takes more than just good looks to represent this airline. The Pan Am crew has to be educated, refined, and cultured. They are trained to handle anything and everything that can happen in-flight. And in Pan Am, anything and everything does.

I gave Pan Am three tries. I sort of liked it in the end. However, I found that Bomb Girls was a better show. I even liked Playboy Club but that got cancelled even quicker. I am hoping Bomb Girls last. Should check it out as an alternative to this show....it will not disappoint.

You are doing great ABC, first it was Brothers & Sisters and now Pan Am. I understand, you need a spot for your new "reality show" Jersey Shores, or no that name is taking, try Jersey Mountains, no, no try Jersey Streets or Jersey Rivers!! You Idiots!!

YAY! "Spy Stewardesses" got cancelled! What a load of crap, glorified airline waitresses that served as spies during the cold war?YEAH RIGHT, sure and that's why PanAm went out of business when the wall in Berlin fell right? NOT THAT NEW TV IS ANY BETTER but come on, this is the reason why this type of corny bull**** was ok in the 70's before cable tv. Guess these ladies will have to go back to OWN and LMN to get their dose of estrogen fueled programming

So sad to hear this show was cancelled. I'm still hoping ABC has a change of heart.

I can't believe my favorite show on TV is being cancelled. They do not give new shows times to gain a following. Some shows just take longer to catch on. With today's standards, both MASH and All in the Family would have been cancelled! Enough said!

I am so upset! This is a great show, and one of the few good ones I looked forward to seeing every week. It just doesn't pay to get "invested" in anything anymore. The networks keep the crappy reality shows that make me want to scratch my eyes out because they're all the same and are so annoying, and cancel anything that has any merit to it that holds the viewers interests. I'll stick with renting movies, TV just sucks these days. Shame on you, ABC, thanks for cancelling another good show with great actors, and thanks for ruining TV night for me, yet once again! :(

This was actually one of the few shows I couldn't wait to watch! I DVR'd and would watch it over and over! I don't understand....quality shows getting cancelled!

Oh no really? the USA makes some of the best, witty, glossy and well written shows in the world, and has done so for some time.
It then cancels them.
Come on Fox and ABC give your better shows a chance at life.

I thought that the show had a good touch and chemistry seems to be there for the stewardess' and the pilots of the Airlines. I really like that it is just not a stewardess and pilot type plot but that there is some sepionage involved too. And cudos on the Unis of the stewardess'. It always turns out like this like a show and get yanked away. I hope that some other Network picks it up.

The show is very good, too bad people don't look at the the story line, this is a history show whithin the Drama of it, many people have no clue of what it was Pan Am and the impact that made to the air travel back then and how was air travel back in the 60's. Although I wasn't old enough, I did live the end of the 70's and 80's airline business and got to see what they were and now are, too bad is canceled
