A supernatural drama following an orphaned teen who discovers she is a witch who holds the key to a battle between good and evil.
Before her mom died, Cassie was your typical teenager. Now orphaned and alone, she moves in with her grandmother who happens to live in the same small town her mother left years ago.
Once there, Cassie stars to realize that the residents appear to know more about her than she does about herself. When unexplainable and frightening things start happening, she comes to find out that her new friends are descended from a line of powerful witches, and they have been waiting for her to complete the 'Secret Circle'.

just wanted to say it really bites that all the great new shows you put on are getting cancelled. I'm so sick and tired of reality shows. I don't care about someone winning prizes and the fake bs drama they bring. so since you keep cancelling all the good shows to watch thank God for reruns and movies that I have.

Really loved this show!! Please rethink canceling!!
I'm 49 and thought the story was great with so many possibilities!!
I have to pay extra for CW in my area which I gladly do but this series was one of the major reasons I subscribed.
Sometimes one season isn't enough to get word out.
The show was growing in popularity!! I've told many people & every one of them really lived the show.
I honestly believe this is a huge mistake. It's very frustrating when networks with loyal followers, keep putting new shows on for one season, getting us interested then pulling them with no closure. It's very, very frustrating.
A mini-series is short run. A series, you watch, get into, you have a SEASON FINALE, wait till next season for the show to start up only to hear a month or weeks before that it's been cancelled!!
I'm sure the network would rather keep the fans happy & satisfied instead of frustrated and have a question if we should even start watching a new series for fear of the same old frustrating ending........ CANCELLED!

i am britt robinson from secret circle aka cassie i lovedthe show ecspecialy cause i was in it but you will be seeing more of all of us phoboe will be on vampire diaries and tamika you love vamp diaries so f*** you for saying that it should be cancelled now cause you said that bitch shut upi think i am going to talk to the directers

Very sad that this show is cancelled! I read all the books and the show was really quite different from the books. This was a fun and entertaining show and I am quite disappointed that it will no longer be around. They used to film the show in my neighbourhood and I pass by 'Cassie's' house quite often!

Most of your audience are young people however you do have a lot of older folks like myself that love this show. I started watching CW because of "Supernatural" ,than I fell in love with "Life Unexpected" and was so disappointed when you cancelled, that smart and funny show but forgave you when you cast Britt Robertson in "The Secret Circle". Than the rest of the cast was a dream cast epecially with the elders involved. Please DO NOT cancel this show! You cannot expect people to invest their time and energy to become involved with these characters and storylines than drop them without any closure! Re-think and if you kids want this show TELL THEM!

Enjoyed this one too, will never know what happened. I thought CW was coming back with some good ones. I am really tired of one season shows with no ending.
