A drama following the daily lives of firefighters and paramedics at Chicago Firehouse 51.
Chicago Firehouse 51 is home to noble firefighters and paramedics who look fear in the eye and forge headfirst into dangerous situations in order to help those in need.
These courageous men and women are under pressure to perform at a high level when it's a matter of life and death. Their closeness is like an extended family, but the stress of the job can take its toll on members of the team, putting them at odds with one another. But at the end of the day, everyone is willing to lay it on the line when it counts the most.

I am HOOKED on this show! Love the cast, love the storylines - great season finale. I can't wait until it comes back. One of the best shows of last season for sure!

Yeayyyyy !! This is a good show. Character development of INTERESTING characters. Action. Strong acting. All except for the silly looks on Severide's face when it comes to baby-making. Sheeeesh give me a break. Otherwise, I realllllly reallllly like it. Hey....people, how about we get on the stick and praise the shows we really like MORE, and not just complain-post when one is cancelled! I hope the networks read this forum!!!

I never miss this show. I record each episode. I love that these characters are heroes, they rescue people, so it has the action and drama that crime shows have except nobody is trying to rob, cheat, steal or kill anybody. And, it's setting is in the city I love.

This show has it all - action, drama, romance, gossip, everyday life in the firehouse, hunkie guys cavorting with luscious babes. Holds your interest every second. Promotes new respect for the men and women of the fire departments. What more could ya want??? My very favorite TV show. Keep it going !!!

Love this show. I think it's great we're finally getting a show about heros other than the police. :)
