A sci-fi drama following an unlikely trio who set out to save the world after 15 years of darkness.
15 years ago, the world's power shut off. Computers, phones, lights, cars, airplanes - everything suddenly went black without explanation.
Fast forward to present day, where a strong-willed young woman named Charlie, along with her uncle and a rogue band of survivors, set out to rescue her brother, overthrow the militia, and re-establish the United States of America.
Along the way, they explore the mystery of why the power failed, and if it will ever return.

I was hook right from the very first show. I couldn't wait for the next season to begin. Then they moved it from Monday's to Wednesday's and then crap like the Olympics over rode the programming and then there was something else to took up that time slot. I had a hard time trying to figure out when the next episode was going to be on. And now the news that the show has been cancelled! What kind of BS is this? One of only two shows that I look forward to each and every week. Poor ratings? My arse!

Really!!! What a CRAPPY way to end a wonderful show. The Nano's leading everyone to Idaho, how lame!!! I have totally enjoyed this show from day one, now it will be replaced by some idiotic show. NBC get real and put it back on!!!!! It's not too late...

NBC should be boycotted after this. Yet another good TV series cancelled. We should all stand together and remember that our money pays for these TV companies to broadcast the rubbish that will be shown instead. Take a stand

I admit that some episodes were not as good as others but good enough for me to watch every single episode. I hate it when a network changes the time slot for a rookie show, then when ratings drop it's just cancelled
