I very much resent the backhanded way NBC has treated Smash. I'm so very tired of all the reality shows and police procedurals on television, and Smash was fantastic and entertaining escape from all of that.

I was so disappointed that NBC cancelled Smash. The best quality show on tv in my opinion. They never promoted it like they should have and they moved it so that no one knew where it went.It was almost like they wanted it to fail.I am just about done with network tv.I watch very little now as it is.I may just get rid of tv all together.Nothing but reality crap left and I refuse to sink that low.Come on intelligent people .Rage against the reality machine and demand they bring quality programming back.

I'm just rather angry at NBC for moving the show from a timeslot that was good enough to get the show a second season and when it didn't work out in the new time it was just written off. Some shows, given the chance, start slow and build an audience. The publicity alone should help make up for a loss of some ratings points if NBC would only stick with the series and nurture it.

Don't cancel my favorite show! It's Broadway Baby, on television. Wit drama, and pathos, and excellent songs. Great characters.

I am so upset that NBC cancelled Smash. My girls and I love this show. Reality TV has taken over TV and I am so tired of it. Smash was so refreshing. The music the writing and the characters were so great. I hope NBC reconsiders this decision and if they don't, I hope another network grabs this show up and allows it to grow.

SMASH is an incredible show. The acting, the writing, the music !! It is one of a kind and a refreshing change from all the reality and murder investigation rampant on network TV. This is my favorite show and there are thousands who feel the same way. I have never been so disappointed. NBC did not give the show a chance in the 2nd season, it kept moving around so much it was hard to find it each week. And then you moved it to Saturday night, which for a theatre show is just not a smart move. People who love the show, love theatre and most likely participate in or view it LIVE. So, where are they on Saturday nights, performing in theatre, production staff or attending live theatre. Why spend so much money on a show and manage it so poorly. Give the chance it deserves, a fair one.

For those of us who love musical theater, Smash was definately a treat. To be able to watch the high quality dancing and singing of Broadway every week was such a delight. And to see what goes on behind the scenes was enjoyable and entertaining, and probably not too far from the truth. It was quality entertainment for adults...... akin to Glee for teens. I am hugely disappointed that the show was not given a chance to shine.
