I can't believe NBC cancelled the best show in their line-up. Aside from the talent being amazing and the entire show so well done, it is so refreshing not to have "another" reality show, "another" medical show, "another" crime show, "another" legal show, "another" cop show, "another" talk show, "another" political show. NBC - I'm done watching your station. Bring back SMASH and give me one good reason to tune in to NBC.

I'm so pissed this show got cancelled. It amazes me how networks are cancelling high quality unique television programming and replacing it with low quality low budget trash television. Outrageous!

Smash one of the best show on TV, i didn't even know it was change to another day i kept waiting than i look on demand and realize it was move to Sat. As soon as i realize i watch all the on demand and started watching on Sat. so happy that it was on and to only find out that it was cancelled. What a mistake SMASH is just uplifting, powerful works of the arts, something TV needs more of Music, Laughter, tragedy and coupting with life ups and downs and something that we can truly related to and cheer for and enjoy. I love Smash and Broadway. I hope that it is pick up by another network, Come on USA; FAMILY, LIFETIME, SHOWTIME, HBO, STARZ. IT IS A SHOW WORTH FIGHTING FOR. Smash is one of the best shows out there. I am so upset that it was cancelled. The acting and singing are fantastic. I love the characters and the whole show. Is there anything that can be done? Many of us are hoping that the show is picked up by another network. Please God!

Smash is the best, do not understand why they cancelled it.
I honestly hope it'll come back, don't care which network but in the meantime I'll work my hardest to keep supporting this show.

Please save SMASH! It is the only link to Broadway that millions if Americans who cannot get to live Broadway caliber shows , have to musical theater. It is a purely American genre and all Americans need access to that kind if entertainment.

I am really glad NBC cancelled this show. It was very expensive so now two shows can be produced for the price of one show. Good choice NBC!!!!
It now has the distinction of being the lowest rating in-season show on any of the major networks.
My understanding is the producers of the show are not shopping it to any networks and that the cast has moved on.

Canceling Smash is just one more reason not to watch NBC. You are getting rid of great programming. Unfortunate choice

In my 49 yrs of age, SMASH is the best show I have seen on tv. It has everything comedy, drama, love, action, music, dancing, suspense. The acting, storyline, music and dancing are all wonderful. The only thing that isn't is that NBC Cancelled this marvelous show! I am so devastated. I am hoping that either NBC brings this back or another network picks it up. NBC, How Dare You!!!! SMASH is (now was) my favorite show!! Nowadays all we see is lame reality shows with pple who have no reason to be famous, overrated crime shows, and whatnot. Then this show comes along. Original, inspiring, heartfelt and showstopping performances with incredible music (some of the best i've ever heard, and im not just talking about show tune standards), and a cast that completely wins you over. I was immediately head over heels when it first aired. No other show has given me such joy to watch and makes me earn for more each week. This show was about getting a glimpse behind the scenes of the theatre world and all the drama that happens, and i feel that's all we got. Just a glimpse. Maybe if it had an earlier time slot, the ratings wouldn't have been so low (i honestly don't think it was pple losing interest and stop watching that caused this early demise). "Disappointed" is such an understatement for how i feel about this amazing show being cancelled. I sure hope there are some smart executives from other networks who will hear our cries of pain and pick it up to continue the series. Obviously there are so many pple who believe in this show, so why not give it a second chance?
