SMASH is one of the most original and entertaining shows on tv. All of the characters are rock solid individually and the cast as a whole is unbelievably talented! I am sure that this show has lead many to seek out a theatrical performance, and has allowed others a glimpse into the theater that they may not have gotten otherwise. I hope another network picks the show up. I see so many more plot lines-it could easily go 2-3 more seasons with the size and complexity of the characters. My mother who is 70 also loves this show-I get in big trouble if I don't call to remind her it is about to come on! This show truly spans all ages and will be sorely missed!

How could you cancel this show! It was a fantastic show with a great story line and talented actors. There was nothing like it out there. Sometimes I wonder if the networks are just to CHEAP to hire actors and would rather pay for stupid CRAP reality tv. How do we get you to put the show back on. Do we all need to boycot your network.

There has never been more of a disappointment than the canceling of this beyond amazing show. This was the ONLY show I look forward to, and have my DVR set to watch. It is a shame that those numbers are not taken into consideration in ratings. I don't watch the show when it airs because I want to go back and watch it again and again, so I never felt obligated to turn the tv on at the viewing hour. NBC, listen to your people and stop replacing the GREAT shows with CRAP!

SMASH is quality programming. It was one of the few shows that I watched without any outside distractions and one that flew by in the hour it had, making me want more each and every week. I am disappointed in the decisions that NBC has made recently and I hope they will reconsider their decision to cancel such a quality show that truly entertained it's viewers.

This show was my absolute favorite on tv. I'm so crushed (and shocked) they would cancel a show with such a strong and devoted following. SHAME NBC!!!!!

I'm still upset that NBC CANCELLED Smash. Smash was the only show I would watch religiously. NBC made a huge mistake getting rid of a show with such incredible actors and writers. NBC has lost me and so many of my friends and family as weekly viewers. I've seen the list of new shows for NBC and its so incredibly sad the crap they're going to try to pass off as television. The networks have gone down the wrong path and obviously have no idea what good television is. Save me? Dracula!? Are you serious? I can't wait for their shows to all be cancelled for being a compilation of bad acting and poor writing.

One of the VERY few show worth watching on network TV! So OF COURSE they had to cancel it, as the execs at NBC are clearly intellectually challenged!
