A drama following a rancher tasked with restoring order to 1960's Las Vegas.

Inspired by the true story of former Sheriff Ralph Lamb, Vegas follows a fourth-generation rancher tasked with bringing order to Las Vegas in the 1960s, when the city was emerging a gambling and entertainment mecca.

Ralph Lamb just wants to run his ranch in peace, but Las Vegas is a fast-growing city, swelling with outsiders and corruption which intrude on his simple life. When the mayor comes to Lamb for help, recalling his command as a military police officer during World War II, Lamb takes the job of Sheriff and clashes with Vincent Savino, a ruthless big city gangster with his own agenda for Las Vegas.

Now these two powerful men engage in a ferocious battle for control of the budding desert oasis.

Not everyone is 30 years or younger. Baggy pants , reality tv, doctors , judges , singers , dancers , cooks ,bachelor's , preachers . Let us not forget the survivors.I want some good old fashion tv. If vegas is canceled I will never watch another series.

There is nothing , nothing that compares to vegas on the tube . Not everyone is 30 years or younger.like rap , I think reality tv , rap , and baggy pants have had their day in the sun . Give me some old fashion tube time. Vegas is a breath of fresh air.

Chiklis is clearly the BEST actor of generation. from hilarious guest spots on Murphy Brown and Seinfeld to the commish, a dispicable character on the Shield a class act on July fourth celebration to Vegas. Quad does an excellent job as well. I agree with the comment about over 50 age viewers; we are ignored by film, radio, music et al . How about one or two programs for us. Those woho don't want to keepup the Kardashes, get down with snooki or see scavengers crawl through other peoples garbage in storage closets.

Please keep Vegas on the air. This is one of the best shows I have seen on TV in a long time. TOO MANY REALITY SHOWS AND TOO MUCH GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Keep this show on so that we have something to look forward to.

I love watching Vegas and would like to see some new episodes. I am 27 and have found it doesn't matter if your in your 20s or your 70s (like my grandfather) this is a very enjoyable show. I just want to watch more of it. Hell I've resorted to reading books about the founding of Vegas since the show time switched to Golden Boys.

Finally! Vegas, a show both my husband and I can enjoy together.Too many reality shows. Not enough shows that require acting. Are we losing our integrity in television programming completely?

Is Vegas cancelled? Does anyone care about what the over "50" crowd likes to watch?
