A drama following a rancher tasked with restoring order to 1960's Las Vegas.
Inspired by the true story of former Sheriff Ralph Lamb, Vegas follows a fourth-generation rancher tasked with bringing order to Las Vegas in the 1960s, when the city was emerging a gambling and entertainment mecca.
Ralph Lamb just wants to run his ranch in peace, but Las Vegas is a fast-growing city, swelling with outsiders and corruption which intrude on his simple life. When the mayor comes to Lamb for help, recalling his command as a military police officer during World War II, Lamb takes the job of Sheriff and clashes with Vincent Savino, a ruthless big city gangster with his own agenda for Las Vegas.
Now these two powerful men engage in a ferocious battle for control of the budding desert oasis.

Vegas is a great show. It has class and history! The characters are all really high rollers & they really mesh. Move it to another time or day, but don't cancel this show! If you want to get rid of something, there are a lot of really stupid reality shows, that waste everyones time and are not fit to watch. Please keep Vegas!

"WE HAVE A PROBLEM"..can someone pls explain to me why is it just because of the DVR revolution that shows get cancelled before they get started. Vegas is such a great show with a high rolling cast. the characters all play perfect. i cant think of a character i dnt like. sarah jones is just amazingly beautiful and is a womans woman. she is perfect. VEGAS is a top 10 show and it has been canned.

This was a good show ...I agree cancel some of those horrible reality shows that insult everyone ...I too hope some other network will pick it up.

I thought this show was one of the best on the air. I can't believe you would cancel this show and keep stupid reality shows which insults most peoples intelligence.

I hope some one is smarter than the people that made this decision at CBS and pick up an excellent show like VEGAS.
Come on A&E you have the only good reality show on Duck Dynasty,pick up Vegas and round up another excellent show.
Vegas shows how good and bad decisions in life really work out,but good dose not always win out but good people usually have better lives.

Bring this show back!!! Somebody PLEASE bring this show back!!! My husband and I LOVE this show!!! Shame on you CBS!! You made a bad decision to cancel this show!!! I hope another network picks this show up because it is GREAT!!!
