A comedy following a divorced dad juggling work and home life.
Sean is a divorced father juggling his work life, his teenage daughter who just moved in with him, and his pushy mother. He wants to be the best dad he can be, but long hours at work keep pulling him away - not that his daughter minds.
In order to raise a healthy, well-rounded kid and keep his boss & employees at work happy, it's going to take a lot of work. But if anyone is up for the task, it's Sean.

Why did this show get cancelled.....I really liked the show....I thought it was very funny....a lot better than some of the sitcoms that are on.....I really love "The Middle"....great writing...I don't think they get enough credit. Another good show is "The Goldberg's".

I am very sad to see "Sean Saves the World" got CANCELED! Every actor in that show had spot on timing-fantastic delivery-and last but not least ever {Sean Hayes} who the heck thought letting him go was "a spectacular idea...?" When one is know error, which happens more often with t.v. exec.... of late, the public tends to be very forgiving when such error is corrected. To be specific for your benefit-{BRING, SEAN SAVES THE WORLD, BACK ON AIR AND OR ANOTHER SEASON OR TWO OR THREE...ETC... Love Ya Sean and Gang, want ya back!!!

I'm so sorry about the cancellations. It is one of the sitcoms that is truly funny. Sean Hayes was brilliant.

I am glad they cancelled this but can all stop acting like they didn't give it a chance. They don't randomly draw ideas out of a hat. They test them. They watch the rating. They know what they are doing. Back in the Game, Welcome to the Family, Sean Saves the World, We are Men, and Camp all had more than 2 episodes to air. Sure it may take a while for a show to find an audience , but how long should they wait to find out it doesn't have one? a season? 2 seasons? a decade? It had a chance nobody liked it, except you and your bad tastes.
And before you say ratings are flawed tell us how you would do it, or what specifically is flawed with them, seeing as how you know more than an entire industry.
