A series set as a prequel to Sex and the City.

The Carrie Diaries follows Carrie Bradshaw - best known from Sex and the City - back when she was a high school student in 1984. Her mother has died, her younger sister is rebelling, and her father now has the responsibility of having to care for his two daughters on his own.

Carrie is in her junior year and interning at a law office, all while exploring life in New York City.

Its also bad business to cancel these shows when ur marketing dept. did not promote and market them long enough to attract enough attention! These are the guys u need to cancel fire let go replace!I even loved the show charmed!That was one u did give a chance, so were asking requesting u do the same with carries diaries!We need more shows like this! but ur losing my interest with all this pro gay stuff and im tired of it! I had enough of watching that on ur shows as well! I want to see more of heterol sexual and romances less brk. ups! I loved hollywood stuff like entourage again u canceled that fav. too!

Dear cw in last couple yrs. u hav made very bad decisions in canceling shows early before giving them the chance to blosom and blum.Its very disappointing to me! Just as I get into the show u cancel it! Now that u canceled all my favs. the only show I watch left is carrie diaries!Im 40 yr. ny/ca biacoastalian.If u take this show away I no longer hav a reason to watch cw any longer anymore! I dislike all ur shows now especially vampire diaries etc., u hav too many supernatural shows!I will then hav no other shows left to watch that I actually like! Can relate too! which means u accomplished in losing my business! Please don't cancel carries diaries! I want to see it back fall 2014! I luv stuff like melrose,90210,oc,one tree hill,and the 1 other cw shows austin butler been in! plus the blonde girl from that show who went on to b in that witch show! I liked! etc.

This is very disappointing because so many people love the Carrie diaries and stupid vampire diaries is getting renewed; SOOO many people watch it online rather than on tv so they shouldn't cancel it bc of the views

this is bull shit!!!!! i cant believe that your keeping bloody vampire diaries which is sooooooo unrealistic but do you know how many people connect to the carrie diaries because its soooo connectable. i love the carrie diaries and you better keep it on. this is ridiculous.
