A dramedy following a demoted detective who teams up with a cab driver to solve crimes.
When tough New York detective Cat Sullivan is demoted to lowly foot patrol for disobeying orders and reckless driving, she is not too happy about it.
Taking her work into her own hands, Cat forms an unlikely team with a highly skilled taxi driver named Leo. Realizing he lied on his immigration forms, Cat offers to help Leo with his immigration issues in exchange for his taxi and driving abilities.
With Leo now acting as Cat's personal driver and consultant, they work together to solve crimes, including the mysterious death of her father.

Although it wasn't mentioned, there's a possibility it may be picked up in the fall. Dermot, Dermot, Dermot! Hope you have some tasty sauce for that beret. You just might need it.

maybe I'm just a simpleton, but I enjoy Taxi. It's entertaining, which is what TV is suppose to be. The acting isn't great, but I still find it entertaining and look forward to watching it. I hope it is renewed. I want to find out of if Cat's Mom was really on that boat; what happens to Leo's son; and how does Cat get out the mess she is in.

We have waited for TAXI CAB every week with anticipation! We love the show and the basic premise...original. Please renew for season 2 and heap on the promos!

I think the show is really great. The acting is really good and It is different from the same old predictable cop shows season after season. It kept me on the edge of my seat on every episode. I can't wait for season two of the show!
