A futuristic drama following juvenile prisoners sent back to a decimated Earth after it was destroyed by nuclear war.

97 years ago the Earth was decimated by nuclear Armageddon. The 400 remaining survivors took to 12 International space stations, where they repopulated their numbers over three generations.

With resources now running out, the 12 stations link together in order to keep the survivors alive. Population control measures are put into place as the leaders take all steps necessary to ensure their future. Part of this action includes secretly exiling 100 young prisoners back to Earth as a test to determine whether or not the planet is habitable.

For these 100 youths, Earth is full of mysteries that can be wondrous one moment and deadly the next. The survival of the human race is in their hands, and they must find a way to work together and forge a new path for mankind.

Great show. I really look forward to it. Just hope it lasts.
It reminds me a bit of LOST.
Great chemistry between all of the cast, but specifically, Clark and Finn.

I disagree with JD & David. I think the show is very good. I'm 57 yrs. old. My husband & I love most of the teen shows. We even watch Glee. Terra Nova was also a good show. I miss watching that show. Another good show that was cancelled was V. The powers that be, should allow these shows to grow & develop, before they cancel them.

This show is pretty good. I really like it. I wasn't sure about it at first, but I like it. :)

I enjoyed the first episode but not the second. But I watched a few after that with my dad and got right back into it. So some may want to consider going another ep or 2 because it got much better in my opinion.

We enjoy this show because of its different plot. It does build slowly but I have faith it is building to a action packed "lord of the flies" type story. I will be pretty upset if you are right David. I'm not into teen drama.

Well, after three episodes, I have to say:
1. Reminds me of Terra Nova (Another bad show)
2. Nearly fell asleep in ep. #2
3. All episodes mostly blah,blah,blah...a little action, then blah, blah, blah, etc. Will not watch again. But your opinion might differ.

I agree with JD and David I believe "Earth Kills" may be the last episode I will make myself watch. Too bad ...

I have to agree with David. Knowing that the networks are using younger and younger actors on these new shows, usually ends up with the original storyline being shoved to the back and the "pairing" mode being thrust into the main situation. As someone who is retired, I doubt I'll watch much longer if the show does indeed go off track and the "mature" folks are killed off one by one.

Not too bad. Interesting premise and character dynamics.
The problem I see coming is that the CW network will soon pair up all the pretty young people and focus on their struggles with love and relationships. The original premise will be rudely shoved into the background.
