A drama following staff who work the night shift in a hospital Emergency Room.
TC Callahan is a war veteran and adrenaline junkie who works the night shift at San Antonio Memorial Hospital. He and his irreverent team of doctors know how to get their jobs done when times call for it, but they also know how to let off a little steam with a prank here and there.
Rounding out the night shift are TC's co-workers. His ex-girlfriend Jordan is the new night shift boss who struggles to keep everybody in line. Paul is just out of medical school and getting up to speed on life in the ER. Krista is an intern with something to prove, and Kenny is a veteran nurse who keeps the staff focused.

YaY! loved the show. Kind of like Chicago fire but in a hospital instead. Great team of actors.

If you were military, especially a Hm or medic, then you will probably like this show and relate to it more than most civilians.Warning: There are plenty of liberal politics thrown in. But if you are tired of reality shows and the kardashians, and really who isn't ? Give it a try.. It is a little like ER except for the military Dr's, and the obvious bond between those who have served together. Unlike MASH, You get to "experience" realistic looking traumatic situations and treatments, and no klinger!

Started to get into this show but then they did the absurd hog hunting fiasco.
I'm what's called a "meat" hunter and never in my 45+ years of life have I EVER been around or even heard of hunters that out of control. And by the way, I HAVE hunted not far from San Antonion, TX.
The episode had to be some far left idiots idea of what hunters are like without a CLUE about what hunters are actually about.
I didn't finish the episode and removed this series from any future watching plans because if they have people in charge allowing such clueless idiots to write this sort of NS episodes, why bother?
Sure, Hollywood asks us to suspend disbelief more often that not but this was far beyond anything that needed to happen and instead proved once again why NBC fails to rise out of the bottom when it comes to ratings.
What are the chances that the people in charge of this writing crew are the same ones who chose to cancel "The Pretender" on Saturday nights for that idiotic XFL that didn't make it 3 weeks?

I love this show!! It's a great show every episode is interesting and keeps your attention. I

I LOVE THIS SHOW SO MUCH

Horrible show!! So many bad things about the actors, directors, story line, etc. Another NBC nightmare reinforcing bad stereotypes.

LOVE IT!!! Yes, could be ERish. Although this have the versatility of the team being military doctors using both traditional techniques and what they learned in Afghanistan. Coming from the medical scene, I was VERY impressed with the creativity of the recirculating transfusion for the guy with the tree branch in his abdomen. I think it's good for the public to SEE what truly goes on behind the scenes, such as the BS statement, "We Can't Treat if the Patient Doesn't Have Insurance". That has ALWAYS made me crazy. Even though a bit shady, I am LOVING how they are getting around the problem!! LMAO I hope this show makes it..... PLEASE!!!!!!
