A dramedy based on Elmore Leonard's best-selling 1990 novel of the same name.
Miles Daly works as the muscle for a Nevada crime ring. Wanting to broaden his horizons in an attempt win back his wife and daughter, he changes professions by becoming a movie producer so he can launder money through a Hollywood film. Along the way he partners with a a washed-up filmmaker, who helps him navigate the maze of Hollywood.

Excellent show that does not get enough praise. It was hurt by the pandemic and a few key actors took on other projects. Hope Epix or someone brings it back w at least 8 episodes.
