Mary Harris is a single mother and ER doctor who spends her days saving people's lives. At night, however, it's a different story. Stepping outside the boundaries of the law, Mary and her partner help terminally ill patients end their lives on their own terms.

So far Mary has managed to keep her side operation under the radar, but with word of her services getting around, her double life is starting to get complicated.
