A military drama following the 2004 ambush in Baghdad known as Black Sunday.
On April 4, 2004, an American platoon occupying Iraq was ambushed in Sadr City, Baghdad on what came to be known as "Black Sunday". After multiple failed rescue attempts, a brave armor company known as The Crusaders launched a brave attack to rescue the ambushed unit.
Based on the New York Times bestseller "The Long Road Home: A Story of War and Family" by Martha Raddatz.
