Heidi Bergman was a caseworker at the Homecoming Transitional Support Center, a secret government facility that helps soldiers make the transition to civilian life.

Years later, she now lives a new life, working as a waitress and living with her mother. But when an auditor from the Department of Defense asks her why she left the Homecoming facility, Heidi realizes that there's more to the story of her time there than she ever wanted to admit.
