An action drama that puts a modern spin on the graphic novel of the same name.
In an alternate contemporary reality, superheroes are looked upon as outlaws because of their violent approach to peacekeeping. Despite being outcast, some of them gather to start a revolution while others try to stop it before it's too late.

@aelthric Have not seen this show, but have watched several episodes of 'The Boys'. You are correct about them not hitting over the viewers head as the stories are one dimensional, predictable and poorly written. I'm surprised its not on the SYFY channel as it would pair perfectly with Sharknado 35.

@ Ted, no this is nothing like The Boys, The Boys is fresh, original, funny, it doesn't hit you over the head every 3 minutes with some social justice propaganda comparing The Boys to this is like comparing the works of Da Vinci to a stick man drawn by a preschooler in finger paints that has just soiled itself.
I am glad there will be no more, when you take out the all present social justice tropes there is nothing left to watch. Good Riddance.

It's official.......there is no more Watchmen. HBO at this point won't pursue second season of 'Watchmen' after creator Damon Lindelöf bows out. Lindelöf told USA TODAY that he's told the story he wants to tell and has no interest in a second season, though he has given HBO his blessing should HBO want to pursue a new installment with another writer-producer.

This show is great. The tone of the show feels to fit the tone from the comics.
