A drama following a justice-seeking lawman who becomes the Sheriff of LA County.
When the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department loses its elected Sheriff, a old rule in the county charter thrusts the unwitting Bill Hollister, a fifth-generation lawman who loves seeing justice served, into the job.
While not exactly the job he wanted due to the politics involved, Bill soon learns that following his instincts to pursue justice at all costs is only skill required to get the job done.

Fox is run by a woman, suzy scott. Enough said! Women have destroyed TV and movies! Now Commie Disney owns Fox.

Finally a decent show and they cancel it??? I certainly hope another network picks them up. Very disappointed in Fox.

I can’t believe Deputy has been cancelled!! It was my favorite new show! We couldn’t wait for new episodes every week. This cancellation makes me really wonder whether I want to start another new show or just wait until it’s been on at least 100 episodes before getting involved in it!

Love this show different then anything before and truly a joy to watch Would be sad if it were to be canceled Bring this show back for a second season how can you rate one season give it a chance

I am gonna get blasted for this but I just have to say my personal reaction to Deputy. I REALLY wanted to watch this show, and I did watch a couple episodes. Liked what I saw. Good show. BUT...I have a personal thing about the YELLOW filter used for filming. Can't stand it. So I am one of the few that quit watching. Sorry folks...it's just me. If they would change the filter....I would be IN !
