A drama that follows the origins of asylum nurse Mildred Ratched from One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.
In 1947, Mildred Ratched arrives in Northern California looking for work at a top psychiatric hospital where disturbing new experiments are taking place on the human mind.
While Mildred appears to be a typical nurse, she is actually out to infiltrate the mental health care system and those within it. For she harbors a growing darkness within that will expose her true intentions.

I heard it was renewed, but it was filmed on location and the location burnt down before filming of season 2 could start. So it's future undecided.
