A dramedy that acts as a continuation of the 2018 film of the same name.
Ashley was hoping to settle down in a middle-class life in Oakland until her partner and father of her son, Miles, ends up in jail. As she is left to navigate this existential crisis, Ashley moves in with Miles' mother and half-sister.

See this going nowhere not enough of a story line to make it a multiple season show or even how to bring it to an ending
