Leon Kennedy is an agent assigned to investigate a hacking incident that occurred at the White House. While there, his team is forced to fend off an attack by a horde of zombies.

A day later he meets Claire Redfield, who is investigating an odd drawing she received from a nonverbal child refugee who is suffering from a viral infection.

Together, the duo work to uncover the mystery behind the two outbreaks.
