A drama following a teen whose life is upended when he starts seeing strange things.
Jared is an Indigenous teenager struggling to keep his dysfunctional family afloat. Aside from his after-school job, Jared also sells ecstasy to support his partying mother, who self-medicates an undiagnosed mental illness, and his unemployable father and his new girlfriend.
But when Jared starts seeing strange things like doppelgangers, talking ravens, and skin monsters, his already chaotic life is turned upside down.
Based on the best-selling novel "Son of a Trickster" by Eden Robinson.

Trickster has a Dusk to Dawn vibe to it. The Briarpatch with a similar vibe was cancelled after one season. Oh well.

This show is quite different. It is Canadian and the actors are very good
