A limited series based on the true story of Emmett Till and Mamie Till-Mobley.
Mamie Till-Mobley is a woman living in 1955 who risks her life in the name of justice after her son Emmett is murdered in the Jim Crow South. Unwilling to let Emmett's murder fade from the headlines, Mamie bears her pain on the world stage, becoming an activist for justice and igniting the Civil Rights movement.

I was honestly looking to watch this so I looked up the first two actresses and the first thing that came up is that they are BLM activists. That destroyed it for me. Quick exit.
