A selected group of food and drink industry professionals are brought together by chef Gordon Ramsay as he searches for the next greatest culinary entrepreneur.

Each week, the aspiring moguls take on challenges related to various aspects of running a food enterprise, including creating, marketing, and selling to customers. Ramsay, guest judges, and focus groups evaluate their progress along the way.

The contestants will need to prove they have the drive, dedication, creativity, and talent to get Ramsay to put his money where his mouth is, by presenting the winner with an investment opportunity to take their idea to the next level.
