Does this sound like Natalee Holloway's vacation in Aruba? She was with local residents Joran van der Sloot and brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe. Never trust a Deepak or a van der Sloot. Van der Sloot was further convicted of cocaine trafficking from his prison home in Peru. He's now due back on the street in 2045.
The book was published in 2020 and the series is told in multiple timelines and perspectives, which I hate. No surprise to me that initial reviews are not good. Watch at your own risk.
