A dramedy following three New York women on the run in Spain looking to start anew.
Gala Scott is a New York empty nester whose life is turned upside down after her husband implicates the family in financial improprieties, forcing her to flee the city alongside her aging mother and teenage daughter.
With Gala's husband nowhere to be found and dangerous criminals on their trail, the three women hide in the same charming wine town in northern Spain that Gala's mother fled 50 years ago, vowing never to return.
There they seek to start fresh and hope their identities will remain a secret, but gossip in the small town quickly spreads, unraveling their deepest family truths.

Love it the women are hilarious. Hope the pick up for another season!!

Funny, lively, and enjoyable, though there's a woke plotline in there that's gratuitous and doesn't flow with the rest of the story, and just takes away from the central plotline. Still worth watching.
