A series set as a prequel to Sex and the City.
The Carrie Diaries follows Carrie Bradshaw - best known from Sex and the City - back when she was a high school student in 1984. Her mother has died, her younger sister is rebelling, and her father now has the responsibility of having to care for his two daughters on his own.
Carrie is in her junior year and interning at a law office, all while exploring life in New York City.

one more thing! if i could and i REALLY want to i would try to finish the show like i would LOVE to but im only 13 but i belive i could do it i know carrie could just like she found her self as a writter and i could find my self finishing her movie i would LOVE to meet her shes so inspiering!!!!!! i really loved this show very inspering and i actually learned somethings wish it wasnt cancled it was like a drama and a lesson i loved it i wish i could live my life like hers....loved loved loved loved the carrie diares

No Please!! Don't take the Carrie Diaries away from me.. That stuff was the perfect show for me. The 80s retro fashion, music.. Walter's adventures! and Carrie's inspirational wrap-ups that always got me going through the rest of the week... PLeeaAASSsee tell me it isnt cancelled :C

This is the worst news ever. I cant believe this. The story line was just getting started. I wanted to see how all of this plays out and to cancel on a cliff hanger sucks!!!! Bring this show back!!!!!
