NBC's remake of Parenthood started its second season Tuesday with decent, if unspectacular ratings. Numbers were down 13% from its series premiere, but actually up from where it left off in May. In the adults 18-49 demo, the show rated a 2.7 (compared to 3.1 in the first season premiere).

Starting off above where it left off is a promising sign for Parenthood. If it holds most of its audience we should see it stick around for the season.
