The CW says the show is not 'canceled' just yet.

Earlier today we reported that Life Unexpected will only air 13 Season 2 episodes - news that does not bode well for the future of the show. And while many may view this as the show's cancellation, showrunner Liz Tigelaar is hopeful that the show will live to see a third season. On the news, she states, "Not being picked up is different than being canceled."
In an interview with eonline, she said The CW has assured her that the show has not been 'canceled' at this point, which should at least indicate that the network will monitor the show's ratings before making the final call next May.

I want see more of life unexpected. how baze and cate end up together. where eric go? is lux and eric still date after eric left town?? where bugs go ? is tasha and bug no more of family for lux?

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this show it needs to come back for season 3!!! You should wrap it up instead of leaving a cliffhanger.

Even tho I am an older viewer I really loved this show and am hoping that they will produce a Season 3 for all of us avid fans!

The show of life unexpected brought laughter and tears. But also brought meany life lessons that a teenage girl or boy can go through or relate too. I stayed pup day and night watching it. I just couldn’t stop asking by self all these questions that I still hold on to. If I could rate this show more then 5 stars trust me I would. I pray and hope that there will be many season to come. I think that who ever made this should give there selfs a high five on the back because u hired the best actors that made the show go off the hook. And I really admire you. That I’m still young and have plenty of years to come to make my mark on the world and my big dream is to be a actor. Ever since I can remember I would alway put on plays for my parents I loved to see them laugh at all of my jokes and stories. All thanks to u I still have hope today that I will make that dream come true . ( thank u )

I binge watched 2 seasons in 1 week , day and night. I couldn’t stop because this show is so good, I can’t Believe I didn’t get to watch them when it was on air.
