FX has announced that they have ordered a third season of spy comedy Archer. The official statement was made at the network's upfront party in New York this evening by President John Landgraf.
Season 3 of Archer will consist of 16 episodes - up from 10 in Season 1 and 13 in Season 2 - and will launch this coming fall.
The animated series follows the goings-on at the International Secret Intelligence Service, a spy agency specializing in global espionage.
