It was announced today that the upcoming 10th season of American Dad will be its last on the FOX network. The show is not cancelled though, and will instead be moving to TBS in late 2014 where it will join the cable network's primetime lineup.
15 new episodes have been ordered by TBS for Season 11 of American Dad.

Weird. Will TBS allow more profanity?

This is a really BAD decision as with the Cleveland show ... they probably will put on some redicule worthy replacement. Its unfortunate -- I just hope they don't put dads or some other live action, laugh tracked show in its place, the veiwers will not connect with it. The 18-35 demo HATES laugh tracks and have their minds made up about what they want to see in that time slot. If the replacement is live action, it will almost certainly be canceled after 6 episodes , definitely after ten. I guess they just love loosing money. ehh...

I feel this show is far superior to family guy. Same with cleveland show. It was funnier than family guy has been for awhile.

Looks like the lustre is falling off Seth McFarlane at FOX. You can't help but wonder how much longer Family Guy will go there. Maybe 3 years at most?

Interesting move. I'm curious what it will be replaced with. Maybe a new animated comedy, if they're going to keep doing the Animation Domination thing.

Hopefully TBS will pick up The Cleveland Show too. This is a weird change. I think fox is having a midlife crisis.

Dude, they cancelled Cleveland, and American dad is moving to TBS. Fox will have to find something to fill in the half hour gap. I hope they don't bring back Allen Gregory.

Oh. Better in exile than in death. It's my favorite out of the trio.
