TBS announced today that it has renewed American Dad for a new 22-episode season, its 12th overall. The animated comedy is currently in its first season on the cable network after spending 10 seasons on FOX. Since moving to TBS in October, the show has ranked as one of basic cable's Top 5 entertainment programs in the Monday 9:00pm time slot among adults 18-49.

American sucks balls, it is one of the worst shows, and the only somewhat funny character in there is the fricking alien.
