Cinemax announced today that Banshee has been renewed for a third season. The Emmy-winning action drama is currently airing new Season 2 episodes on Fridays, and will return for its next season in 2015.
Update: Season 3 of Banshee will premiere on Friday, January 9, 2015 at 10:00pm.

Usually don't comment on shows or anything else for that matter but this show deserves more than a comment the best show I have ever seen A.W.S.O.M.E. SPECTACULAR GREAT can't come out with next season quick enough

great news for a 3rd season.....24, Spartacus, Game Of Thrones and Banshee in my Top 10 ever shows....just an awesome series..the only bad thing about it is that each season only has 10 episodes...

Banshee, it's SOOOOO UNDERRATED!
Hell, it's true it isn't a brain challenge show like breaking bad, but the action in this series it's amazing, and incredibly well executed!

Banshee is the most awesome show I've seen on a premium channel in quite awhile. Its better than any show that HBO or Showtime currently have now that Dexter is over.
