CBS announced today that Mike & Molly has been renewed for a fifth season in 2014-2015.
Today's announcement included the renewals of 18 primetime shows for next season. Other comedies receiving pick-ups today include The Millers, 2 Broke Girls, Mom, and Two and a Half Men. Still waiting on news is The Crazy Ones.
Update: Season 5 of Mike & Molly will premiere on Monday, December 8 at 8:30pm.

Mike's life is so much like mine and my husband's. We both strongly identify with many of the characters, saying, '___ is so much like my sister. They must be spying on my life.'

Love the show and its characters and the relationship they all have. I did like Molly better in the first 2 seasons. They have changed her character into one that is sometimes just not likeable. I still love it and always get a lot of laughs even when I have seen an episode before. I have MS and the laughter is good for the soul.

I am caring for my Ill husband and when I am sitting with him we watch as many episodes back to back as I have recorded. It really lifts my spirits instead of all the crime shows that are on.

Me and my husband love Mike and Molly. We watch it everyday and love it when they show six episodes back to back. We love the friendship Mike and Carl have and Catrl and his grandmother. We love Molly's relationship with her mother and sister. It's good TV that we can enjoy together when their is so much negative reality shows on. Keep Mike and Molly on and stop moving them around

I love Mike & Molly show please keep the show running, its very very funny and I love all the cast, they all keep me laughing, I watch the show all the time, I just about taped every episode, so I can keep watching it, my spirits are lifted, while I'm caring for my elderly Mom every day who had a stroke, thank you Mike & Molly cast, you all are doing a great job. God bless you, for making other's laugh.

I LOVE Mike & Molly!! Molly reminds me so much of myself! Please don't take it off the air!! I look forward every night to getting my chores done so I can sit and watch it!

I saw a movie tonight with john candy called only the lonely. The similarities between the movie and mike and molly were numerous. I thoroughly enjoy mike and molly by the way. I was just curious if anyone knew if there was a connection, perhaps a writer or director?
