TBS has renewed Cougar Town for a sixth and final season. The Courteney Cox comedy has been airing on the cable network since its move from ABC in early 2013.
The show will conclude its run with 13 episodes that will air in early 2015. During that time it will surpass the 100-episode milestone.

If it's going to end, glad they know ahead of time so it they can give it a good ending.
I've loved the show since the beginning, and they have never taken themsevles seriously (the opening credits splash screen shows that part). Speculation (probably a given), Laurie and Travis getting married and getting ready for their child. That will take a good part of the final season.

Originally a very funny and heartfelt show, but lost its way at some point and became, well, just annoying. I love the cast - but find myself cringing more than laughing after a while...

I love this show. It is my absolute favorite. I will be sorry to see it go. I hope someone else picks it up.

awww. final season?!?!?! well i guess like Taze said at least it gets a real conclusion...... i'm gonna miss the cul de sac crew and the weekly pounding of grape =D
