No Season 2 for the new drama.

News is out tonight that MTV has cancelled Eye Candy after its first season. Show star Victoria Justice announced the cancellation to fans via Twitter earlier this evening, confirming that the freshman drama will not be returning for a second season.
The series struggled to find viewers during its 10-episode run earlier this year, averaging a lowly 0.2 rating among adults 18-49.

I am 36 years old and I have been around since MTV started and compared to the stupid crap they play now I think that Eye Candy was relatable to all those crazy online dating sites. I didn't know who Victoria Justice was till I saw the show now I am a huge fan of her work. Everyone knows that the first season of any show is a way to see where or how the series would pan out. Don't believe me? Watch the first season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. .I have given up on MTV and I will follow Victoria in whatever she does cause she is very talented and a great humanitarian!!!

I believe they made good choice of cancelling the show cause they cant compete with Ncis LA And scorpion and it was so obvious 2 episode of the show that Jake was the killer.

I would blame the lack of promotion by mtv if this was a good series. I just stumbled upon this under the MTV ondemand which the name automatically made me think crummy reality series. When I started too watch it I googled it and this is what I found so obviously I'm not going too watch it since I don't want too get invested. Maybe one day if it's on Netflix I'll watch it if theirs nothing else that interests me.
